1. About Tescout
Tescout is an independent online analytics service for Telegram digital gifts. It provides market information, statistics, gift valuations, categories, alerts, and other features through its website and connected Telegram bot. Tescout is not owned, operated, endorsed, or represented by Telegram, the TON Foundation, marketplaces, or digital-asset issuers.

2. Agreement to these Terms
By using Tescout, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Before purchasing Pro, the price, access period, Refund Policy, and an opportunity to accept these Terms must be shown to you. If you do not agree, do not purchase Pro or continue using the service.
3. Accounts and access
Tescout uses Telegram for sign-in. We receive a Telegram numeric user ID and, when available, your username and display name as needed to authenticate your account. You are responsible for securing your Telegram account and must not share access with others.
We may temporarily restrict access to protect the service, respond to abuse, prevent automated attacks, address violations of these Terms, or comply with applicable obligations. If you have paid for access, legitimate service and refund requests will be reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
4. Free access and Pro
Some Tescout features may be available free of charge; the interface identifies available functionality.
Tescout Pro grants access to the additional features described at checkout for 30 days. As of this version, the standard price for one period is 19 TON on the independent website or 2,500 Telegram Stars in the Telegram bot. The final price, payment method, and included features are displayed before confirming the purchase. Promotional offers may differ.
A Pro period is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Unless you purchase another period, Pro access ends when the paid period expires. The period starts once the payment is verified and access is activated. Any additional purchase made while Pro is active must be handled as disclosed at checkout.
5. Payments
Inside the Telegram bot: payments for digital access use only Telegram Stars through Telegram's native payment mechanism. Telegram's own terms also govern your acquisition and use of Stars.
On the independent website tescout.com: where available to you and permitted by applicable law, a purchase may be paid in TON against an individually generated invoice. Use only the exact destination address, blockchain network, amount, and validity period shown in that invoice. Do not pay outdated or unofficial addresses. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible, and an incorrectly sent transfer may not be credited automatically.
Tescout does not sell or exchange cryptocurrencies, act as a wallet or custodian, or provide financial or investment services. Availability of a payment method may be limited by law, technical requirements, or third-party platform rules.
If payment succeeds but Pro is not enabled, email support@tescout.com with your order ID and, as appropriate, the TON transaction hash or information about the Stars purchase. Never send Telegram login codes, passwords, seed phrases, or private keys.
6. Nature of analytics
Prices, gift valuations, trading volumes, liquidity metrics, historical data, alerts, and projections may come from external sources and analytical models. They can be incomplete, delayed, revised, or different from actual transaction prices.
Tescout does not guarantee a profit, an available buyer, liquidity, or the accuracy of predictions. Information is provided for general analytical purposes; it is not individualized investment advice, a recommendation to trade, or a guarantee of any asset value. You make your own trading decisions.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attack the service, circumvent access controls, overload our infrastructure, use stolen accounts, violate third-party rights, scrape or automate access beyond stated limits, or use Tescout for unlawful purposes. Use any available APIs only within their published access rules and technical limits.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to operate a reliable service, but maintenance, errors, changes to external market-data sources, and third-party outages may occur. Features may evolve. Material failures to provide already-paid functionality will be handled fairly under the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights.
9. Refunds and support
In addition to mandatory rights under applicable law, Tescout offers a full voluntary refund within 14 calendar days of confirmed payment if no Pro-only features have actually been used. Activation alone and viewing free pages do not count as use. See the Refund Policy for details and the claim process. For Stars purchases, /paysupport is also available in the bot. 10. Privacy
Please read our Privacy Policy for information about Telegram account data, sessions, orders, payments, and technical logs. Telegram and the TON blockchain process some information independently of Tescout.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tescout is offered “as is” without promises of uninterrupted availability or perfectly accurate market estimates. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or your rights if paid digital access is not provided as promised.
12. Changes to these Terms
We publish the current version at /terms with its revision date. Changes will not retroactively remove paid entitlements contrary to mandatory law. Where required, material changes will be communicated through available channels.
